1. When confirming the use and installation environment, as a capacitor used in the rated performance range specified in the product sample manual, avoid using it in the following situations:
A) High temperature (use when the temperature exceeds the maximum temperature);
B) Overcurrent (the current exceeds the rated ripple current);
C) Overvoltage (voltage exceeds the rated voltage);
D) Apply reverse voltage or AC voltage;
E) It is used in a circuit that is repeatedly charged and discharged rapidly.
2. The capacitor shell, auxiliary lead terminals must be completely isolated from the positive and negative electrodes and the circuit board.
3. When the insulation of the capacitor sleeve cannot be guaranteed, please do not use it where there are specific requirements for insulation performance.
4. Please do not use capacitors in the following environments:
A) Environments in direct contact with water, salt water and oil, or condensation;
B) An environment full of harmful gases (sulfide, H2S, HNO, Cl2, ammonia, etc.);
C) Place in an environment of sunlight, ozone, ultraviolet rays and radioactive substances;
D) The harsh environment where the vibration and shock conditions exceed the specified range of the sample and manual.
5. When designing the capacitor installation, the following must be confirmed:
A) The spacing between the positive and negative poles of the capacitor must match the hole spacing of the circuit board;
B) Ensure that a certain space is left above the capacitor explosion-proof valve;
C) Try to avoid wiring and installing other components above the explosion-proof valve of the capacitor;
D) The mounting position of the capacitor on the circuit board, please do not have other wiring;
E) Try to avoid designing and installing heating elements around the capacitor and on the circuit board.
6. In addition, when designing the circuit, the following must be confirmed:
A) Changes in temperature and frequency will not cause changes in electrical properties;
B) When installing electrical appliances on the double-sided printing plate, the installation position of the capacitor should avoid redundant substrate holes and vias;
C) Current balance when two or more capacitors are connected in parallel.
